I had called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - Somerset, Pennsylvania to have them install an outdoor water faucet, and it went very well. I appreciated the young fellow that did the job. He was nice, cordial, and professional. He had the faucet installed rather quickly; in almost no time at all. I was a bit surprised when they came out a day prior to discuss what they were going to do. They evaluated everything, from the scheduling to the job at hand. They made sure I understood the work that was going to be done, along with the price. I thought it was a bit much since it was such a small job, but it was valuable. I would use them again without even considering anybody else.
