I only had one experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - Somerset, Pennsylvania. It was around late spring when my hot water line was blocked off. So I called them up, and they came out to look at the problem and give me an estimate. I thought the price was a bit high, but I know plumbing costs are high nowadays. When I spoke with their office staff, they were very courteous and told me what I needed, or might need, along with different routes on completing the job. The technicians were very professional and did a very good job. If I need a plumber in the future, I'll use them again.
