The tech from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - Somerset, Pennsylvania was on time and pretty quick, although the work they did was kind of expensive. I had a running toilet that needed to be repaired, but I didn't have time to do it myself, so I called them. The tech was fine; he was respectful of my home, and even put on those shoe coverings inside the house. It was a small job, but they charged pretty high. I was charged $240 for a ten-minute job. Everything was fine, I just had some issues with their prices. If I need someone for a bigger job, I would maybe use them again.
