Technicians are professional and friendly. They go about their business and are not at all disruptive of household activities. I question the need of yearly service on brand new furnace and would prefer an option of scheduling on a 2-yr interval for the first 10-15 yrs of ownership. Makes one question the quality of the installed equipment if it needs that much attention that early in life.
