An appointment was made a week in advance and the service person was right on time. He spent well over an hour on each of the two furnaces we have and talked with me about the condition of each. He gave me some options one of my furnaces that will need some repairs and let me choose the one I was most comfortable. He did a great job going in and out of the house keeping his shoes covered as to not track any of the bad weather we are having into our house. And the areas around the furnaces were cleaned up before he left.
