Title Department
We paid cash for our vehicle and was told the title would be sent out within a few days. It's been a month and still haven't received it. We did get a call from someone in the title department, several days AFTER we took delivery of the vehicle saying they overlooked not having our signature on the title and could we come in and sign it. Why did it take SO long for them to notice this? We asked that it be sent to us,which this person was in agreement to. Again, we still haven't received it. We made yet another phone call to Cassill Motors and was told that person went on vacation. Naturally, we are becoming increasingly frustrated with this since we assumed that by paying a documentation fee,the " paperwork " would be handled in a timely fashion, and it hasn't.
