I stopped in Wednesday for an oil change and every employee (sales&service) was unmasked. After I dropped the car off for an appointment I simply waited outside in the cold when I noticed no masks were worn. We are in a pandemic, we are in a county with a mask mandate, yet seemingly no one here cares about that. As long time Cassill supporters, this is really disappointing and likely a game changer for us. If 2-year olds must wear masks at daycare, I think the employees here can wear one when customers are present. We certainly won't be back until this pandemic is over due to this poor customer care. Not worth the risk I endured today.
