We have used Bartlett Heating & Cooling for at least the past 10 years and could not be happier with their service! Everyone from the office staff (Vanessa, Kali and others) to the technicians have been incredible over the years! Our technician that we have had for most, if not all, of those years has recently retired (hope Rick is enjoying his retirement!). Our new technician, Tommy, is equally fantastic! Very kind and professional! Explained everything and was very thorough! Can't thank Tommy and everyone at Bartlett enough for the years of continued exceptional service!
