They built our pool about 20 years ago. We have always worked with them since the beginning 20 years ago. I have used their pool service, their retail store and pool construction. My favorite thing about working with Anthony & Sylvan is the people that come out. They are always very friendly and don't mind me standing around and showing me what they're doing. I always learn something when they're out here, and it ends up helping me during the year. They have always been very efficient and professional. Any questions that I have, they answer. I asked them about my heater, and they said, "you don't need to replace the heater now. It is looking like it's going to need to be replaced, especially after 20 years, but we can work on that later. You don't have to do it right now, so we'll mark it on the form." Then they'll be calling us back, and I figure it's when they have their downtime in the winter. Maybe they can come out and do it, but again they are always willing to help, that's the best thing about them. I'd highly recommend them.
