My husband wanted a pool put in and Anthony & Sylvan was the closest to our home so he sought them out. In the very beginning, I didn’t have a good experience with Anthony & Sylvan. They broke my water line in digging my spa and my electrical line and told me to call them when I got it fixed. The pool opened and I had less than a month to enjoy it. I was not happy about that. I wrote a letter to the President and I got an "I'm sorry." I would not have recommended the company at that time.Also, I was told six years into my pool when they opened it that I had a salt pool and that I could put salt in it. I didn’t realize that and I wasn’t fully aware of the type of pool service that I had in the beginning so that was another downside. Now, since I've had the pool open for 12 years, I've had good experiences with the service. Everybody is very friendly and very helpful in the store that I use up in Sully in Fairfax. When I go into the store, they help me with anything that I need help with. They're also very knowledgeable and always ask me if I have any questions.
