Anthony & Sylvan built my pool and I use them for opening and closing. I dealt with Paul who was my salesman. He worked on the design of my pool and steered me in the direction of the engineer that was required to do the grading and helped me get the permits through the government. That comes with experience and I expect that from them as they've been in business for so long. Also, they’re one of the top performers in the area.A lot of the little guys are cheaper, but they’re here today and gone tomorrow and out of business. I know Anthony & Sylvan have a solid list of subcontractors that they can depend on. My neighbors built his pool with a small guy but they couldn’t get the fencing. They didn’t have a subcontractor for fencing that he could rely on. He had to wait almost two months after the pool was finished to get a fence in and you can’t get your permit until you have your fence around the pool. So a lot of bad experiences with non-Anthony & Sylvan contractors.Anthony & Sylvan showed up on time and they knew what they were doing. They were helpful, cordial, and knowledgeable. And while they're not the cheapest, they’re not the most expensive. They're reasonably-priced. And I have confidence in what they’re doing. Also, I told them where to put my spa covers since it’s too heavy for me to lift. And they complied. They also gave me recommendations when they took a look at my pool. They told me I needed caulking around there and to take the Styrofoam out.I’ve used Anthony & Sylvan so much. I went with somebody that was more affordable, but I think they have a genuine interest in my equipment here. They wanna see me do well and I’ve learned not to buy parts from Anthony & Sylvan because of the markup. The price online is a third of the price that they offer. I’m in real estate and I've recommended them to one of my clients. I’m reasonably-pleased and I keep going back to Anthony & Sylvan
