My AC went out My usual maintenence people had an appointment for me in 2 weeks. Quail got me a guy in two days. It was 90 out and everybody was busy. Verified the appointment the day before. Showed up on time. Found problem quickly. Repaired in nothing flat. They have a membership deal that give two tuneups [fall, spring] and a discount on the service: $300. My old guys charged $300/visit. Signed up, got the discount for the job he had just done, and I had a smile on my face. Next door neighbor saw I had a HVAC guy there that morning and asked if I could recommend them. Quail is the best. I didn't hesitate. They got to him quickly.
