I had Jeffrey Waldecker perform the Hoover inspection of my plumbing system. Jeff was meticulous in his approach starting at the source of where water enters my home. He inspected the valves in the area and gave it his OK. Next we moved onto my frozen/rusted sump pump that has not not be activated in decades. Jeff saw the area was dry and disconnected the pump to prevent burn out or overheating a dead pump. All other area were examined line a surgeon and Jeff found in testing, most shutoff valves were not working. His final report indicated replacement of these valves.
Jeff was also there to drain my hot water heater which he did the previous year. He checked a slower flow faucet in the Master bath and corrected the problem. Also the toilet had a tendency to run throughout the day per my wife observation. The seal was replaced in 2 minutes and all is well.
