The person who took the call was not attentive or didn't listen. Had to spell name repeatedly. Then, no one called to say they were on their way-just showed up. Thankfully I was working from home and I was here. The service person had zero personality. When he was done, he showed my husband the email address and it was wrong, so the person taking the call still did not get it right. My husband wrote the correct email address down for the tech, but still no email receipt-I had to call and request it the next day.
