The plumber from Ben Franklin Plumbing came to fix the toilet that was making noise and was able to repair one. We had a problem with another toilet but it required opening up a wall, so we chose not to do that. When he left, he left his bucket of trash and tools here--and they still haven't been back to get it. I guess, looking back, we kind of compared and the cost seemed kind of high. I had a $50 coupon and the plumber thought the cost was going to be $300 before the coupon--then we went to pay for it and it was $280. He wasn't here an hour. My neighbor took the parts box and said the part was $12, so it seemed kind of high.
