We have used Ben Franklin Plumbing a couple of times in the past. When water started leaking from the base of our toilet we knew who to call right away. The plumber came out right away and was able to start working on our problem. He took the toilet apart to assess the situation, and the analysis was that we needed a to have a part replaced. The part would take a couple of days to be ordered and mailed out. Our plumber was able to fix our toilet so we could use it while waiting for the part. Once the part came in, the plumber came to our home right away and fixed it. I am always happy with the service that Ben Franklin Plumbing provides and will use them again.
