Anthony solved my problem concerning my humidifier.
I appreciate what Anthony did for me. However, I was disappointed that I called the service about my humidifier and waited a week to hear from Brown's. I told the person that it was not an emergency. I think in any case a call back would have been nice. When I finally called and spoke to Yolanda, she graciously took care of me.
