Once again you saved my bacon
My AC died during the recent heat wave after business hours. Your representative answering the phone was super helpful and had me try a few things before calling in a tech. Chris showed up and worked the problem. He explained things as he went along, did not try to oversell anything and got everything working. My AC is over 20 years old and in need of replacement soon.
