It's been months and not only is it still not done but I am very disappointed. I have used them a few times but the previous visits were just for maintenance. On this last visit there was something wrong with the AC. The first problem was that they didn't show up at the scheduled time. My appointment was to have been between 4-6 p.m. They showed up at 3 p.m. while I was still at a doctor appointment. Since the AC unit is outside I didn't even know they had been here until I received a bill for replacing the compressor. However, that was not the problem as I continue to have problems with the unit so it was not fixed. With it still not working properly and it being under warranty now they were to come out to fix this problem and they have not. Although the receptionists who work there (yes, plural, they seem to have a different person answering each time I call) are pleasant, since they are new you have to explain the problem all over again each and every call. One worker did not show up for a scheduled appointment because he went to the hospital. Although I do understand that and hope he is well, I would have appreciated a phone call letting me know the appointment time slot was cancelled instead of waiting here for them to show up. When they say they are going to call back I never hear from them. With it being winter now I don't need to have the AC fixed and since they do not yet have the part I guess I will have to wait until Spring for this to get fixed. I don't think I will use Brown's Heating, Cooling & Plumbing again.
