Steven was very thorough.
We had our whole heating and air put in about 1 1/2 yrs ago and were very pleased. Recently ,we called to have our Kitchen sink drain and pipe replaced...it was very rusted. We just wondered why the visit had an expensive service price...when we knew what needed to be done. As seniors , $99 was a bit high just to diagnose something that we knew was wrong.. There was no service charge when the gentlleman came to quote a price for our Heating system.
