Never again

Ill never use you again . You charge $99 to have someone come out to offer you an overpriced quote . Your plumber didn't even explain why it was so high or what work was going to be done . I'll never use you guys again . Terrible business model and service from your worker . The lady who explained everything to me from the office was really nice

I am sorry to hear of your experience with Brown's I hate to see customers leave us dissatisfied. Upon booking of the work,your diagnostic fee is waived and discounted from the repair work. Unfortunately, while it seems unfair, it is industry standard. We always work with our customers. Plumbing is a labor intensive trade and the skill and experience of our plumbers comes from years of training, continuing education and old fashioned know-how. They are trustworthy men and for that we must value their time and their trade. We do wish you the best, and you are always welcome to call again.
