Very happy with service received

I have to point out that your rates are much higher than some of the other plumbers that did some work at Plaza Grande according to some residents. You should take this in consideration because of the volume of work that you are doing in our development. Some residents are not too happy.

Mr. Vitale: Thank you for the feedback. We do our best to keep rates competitive, Plumbing is a labor intensive profession requiring training and continuing education. To maintain quality of our work, our plumbers are trained and engaged in continuing education requirements by the State of NJ. In this day and age, this is not an inexpensive investment in our plumbers. We trust them and value the fact that our customers can trust them in their home. We hope this offers you a greater value to our services.
