I am a new customer and I needed a new water heater. I got a return call almost immediately after leaving a message on a Friday evening. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and accommodating and then when the plumber cane for the service, he was helpful and prompt. I am a satisfied and pleased new customer and I would absolutely recommend them!
