Disappointed.
Dear Ray Dietrich
The battery in our $12000 Kohler generator blew up a few weeks back and we were without power for 4 hours. We called you immediately and no one came out because it was raining.
The next morning, the technician checked with Kohler who said to install a harness to slow the juice down. Obviously a design defect.
I was charged $133 for the service call !!!
How would feel if you paid all that money for a generator which didn't work on the rare occasion it's needed. And then because of a manufacturer defect you still had to pay a service charge to fix it?
(I have spent over $ 35,000 with you in the last 3 years- the installations were terrific, and I have given you numerous referrals. But this incident was very disappointing)
