The excellent service from technicians like Jamie who go above and beyond! Let’s just say he was sent away by my aging parent who got mixed up about what he needed serviced on his heater. Jamie respectfully left after making an assessment. I called Jamie back to clear things up and explain what we needed and he was able to come back the same day and have that heater repaired. In addition, he completed some standard maintenance while he was there. In a world where caregiving from a distance makes getting help tricky, this was a moment that mattered for our family.
