I had Ber's HVAC, Plumbing & Electric for different projects, and had used three different techs. Two of them were really awesome, and one was okay, which was the one who last came out. I've used Ber's for both electrical and plumbing, and this last time was for plumbing work. Something about his attitude rubbed me the wrong way, not to mention how he had answered my questions. He did well with coming out, looking at, and fixing what I needed him to fix, but when I paid, he said he would've charged me no matter what for just coming out. That's the issue, as their website advertises no trip fee, so I should not have been told that since they specify that it is something they do NOT do. Despite that, I would hire them again, at least for pricing if nothing else.
