Professional and outstanding in the highest quality of customer service is my customer service representative for USA Quality Tax, Antonio Diosa. He is a credit to the company he works for. He kept me well informed, helped me with my concerns about the process, and responded to my questions, quickly and with great knowledge of the process. This process and my problems with dealing with the I.R.S, was difficult and stressful enough and without Antonio's calming email responses, it would have been worse. I appreciate all the staff who help me to make my I.R.S. problem become less of a problem. Most of all, I appreciate Antonio's abilities to get things done in my behalf.
