Lack of Commitment
Although this vendor is competitive and provides adequate upfront customer service, once you pay them, they lack the type of customer service one would expect when paying 2,000 for a service. If you decide to use this company, inspect your entire home (interior and exterior) before and after the service and document any damage caused by the vendor. We experienced damage to our roofing tiles, plants, and exterior awning. Further, if you contact the vendor to remedy damages, don't expect them to be proactive or forthcoming. I was denied by the owner of the company stating they didn't believe a heavy tarp used for tenting home caused the damage to my awning when nothing else is near the structure that could have caused it....very odd statement.
