I called Finan to assist with bathroom exhaust fans and had a horrible customer service experience. First, the gentleman who booked the service told me there was a $60 dollar fee to show up and only after assessment would I be charged for any work. BUT nope, there is also a minimum $120 work charge in addition the the $60 dollar show up fee. I also got rescheduled twice and the second time it was because I didn’t answer the phone. I was feeding my newborn and called them back 7 min later!!! Horrible customer service and will never use them again.
