Not Customer Service with a smile
First call to Finan seemed pleasant. Booked a appt for a potential water heater(purchase or rent). Also wanted to inquire about home service plans that would fit our needs. Told me they send someone out between 4 and 6pm on a Monday. The day appt was scheduled no one showed, no courtesy call to let me know. 3 hours later I called them. They said they would page someone. I got a call asking if I needed my furnace serviced? I relayed that I was waiting for someone to come over to give me an estimate for a water tank and service plans. "Sorry that won't happen today". Called Customer service to figure what was going on. They seemed to no know and not care. I wanted to support a local company and keep my money in the community but ended up just saying forget it as it was just turning into a gong show.
