This was my first time using Finan Home Service Ltd. We had a sewer pipe blockage, and the Finan plumber cleared that. I told him we were having problems with a sink not draining properly, and he took a look at that as well, then came back to install a new under-sink assembly with the appropriate air vent that was missing and had caused the problem. Finan Home Service Ltd. was excellent to deal with. Diane, the receptionist, was very apologetic because they had to reschedule us at each of two different appointments, and each time they took $25 off the service--they made it worth our while, and I thought that was unusual. I appreciated it very much. Finan Home Service Ltd. was very good to work with. The plumber who did our work was very nice. He had a nice demeanor. He cleaned up after himself so there was no debris. It was a very positive experience, and I would recommend them.
