My air conditioning quit working the other night. I have their service plan so called about 7:30pm, the tech was here in 10 minutes. Diagnosed the problem but did not have a part at that time. Noted the part and the office called the next morning at 8:00am..and by 1pm the tech had the proper part with him and repaired the unit.Excellent service!!
