It is never a happy time to have your furnace stop working but this company made the best of my situation. They were able to send a technician and an apprentice within hours of my call and I found them to be respectful and very pleasant. They were both competent and professional and I was up and running in no time at all. Hopefully I don't have to place another call any time soon but it is nice to know Finan is there.
