This is Carol and Don Williamson replying as Victoria is our grand daughter who is living at the residence on Glenora while she is attending university. We had gone over to “ rescue “ her. Mike was at the house within half an hour and after looking for the problem, he explained the whole situation to all of us so that Victoria could call the homeowners to advise them of the situation. Because the problem was outside, Mike called London Hydro, who were able to do a temporary fix until Monday. Victoria came back to our house for the night and London Hydro called her when the hydro was back on. Mike was great! We copied down his name and the business number as we would definitely call Finan Home Services in future. We would definitely recommend Finan!!
