I was happy with Charles that came to do the maintenance on my furnace. He checked the Humidifier & showed me the filter pad inside it. It needed replacing & he did the replacing. He also found a part that need replacing & he was gone for no more than 30min. to get the part as he didn't have 1 in his van. He was back & the part was put in place & he gave me all the papers I needed for the Maintenance Plan & he told me that the receipt for filter would come by e-mail. He was very friendly & was very efficient at what he was doing. He explained anything that I asked about what I asked about. Did not leave any mess in basement or hardwood floors upstairs when he was coming or going. i would definitely recommend him to anyone.
