Have dealt with Finan since 2009 - they installed a new furnace at a previously owned house in London and in 2014 they installed a new furnace/AC unit in currently owned condo apartment in London. I would like to extend the highest of compliments to service man "Darren" who took the time (09/11/17) to explain how to change filter; the condition of gas fireplace which determined the decision to turn it off permanently and he thoroughly explained the Home Protection Plan which I decided to enroll in.
