I happened upon Area Rug Cleaning Company as I was driving by them. I had been looking for a rug cleaning company so when I got home I got on the computer and looked them up. I wasn't immediately clear on what exactly they did at first nor was I clear about the hours for pick up or return of finished rugs. I sat on this for about a month and finally decided to just stop in and take my area rugs in. Christina the gal who helped was great and I would give her a five-star rating! I know she could tell that I was frustrated by their hours and when to pick up or deliver rugs etc. She made me want to come back and use these folks again and I will just because of her and the fact that my area rugs turned out so nicely when they were finished!

From what I gathered when I dropped my rugs off is that they have different hours on different days and to make things more confusing they have other locations as well, so their website was not clear enough for me to figure out what, where and when. That is the reason for the low rating on service and recommendations. I tried to recommend a friend and honestly, it was so difficult for me to even remember their name and even more difficult to remember the times and locations of all of their facilities.

The two things that stand out to me and worth mentioning are that Christina was terrific when I did get to them and the rugs turned out great. I will use them again now that I know all of the different aspects.
