This was my first time using Area Rug Cleaning Company. I dropped a 9' X 5' area rug off to them, and after they cleaned it, I went and picked it back up. It turned out just fine. The rug was clean, and I was very happy with the service provided. I got a bit of a discount going to that location, and the lady who works there was very kind and attentive. She definitely made me feel welcome, and I always appreciate that in a business transaction. It was a great experience overall, and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. They offered awesome customer service, I got a discount, and everything went smoothly!
