Would have had liked to have the furnace options explained in advance. I assumed we were getting a quality furnace. We got a bottom of the line Carrier with one noisy speed and more polluting than the available models. We would not have chosen this one. The service was good and the technician came back and at least adjusted the furnace so it was somewhat quieter.
