I feel like I really got taken advantage of by Hi-Tech Air Conditioning, Inc. I called them to come out and give me an estimate on my air conditioning unit. I think they should have given me the estimate for free and then I could have decided on having the work completed. Instead, they sent a technician out to diagnose the situation and charged me one hundred ten dollars for the visit before they would give me an estimate for the work that needed to be done. I am not happy at all with this.
