Victor was very impressive for his thoroughness in diagnosing the problem and his ability to carry on a two way conversation with me and tell me step by step what he was finding. He was very focused, fast, and showed great concentration on finishing the repair with high quality. If I was still working I would have offered him a job on the spot. You have a “keeper” in him.
