One of the jobs Hi-Tech Air Conditioning, Inc did for us was a difficult install. We were doing a chiller for a wine cellar, and they did a great job on the install, but the product has been less than reliable. I want to reiterate that it was not the workmanship that was unreliable, but the product was. The temperature has to remain incredibly consistent in the wine cellar, and it is something that we pay very close attention to. It is of great concern to us when our clients call us up and say the temperature in their wine cellar is not consistent. Hi-Tech had to come back numerous times, and to their credit, they stuck with it. The jury is still out, but for what they had to do I think they did a good job. I think they finally got everything working like it is supposed to. They have a very challenging business to be in to be placing reliance on some equipment that is less than stellar.
