I have owned the Benedict Guest Home - which is a home for mentally and physically disabled people - since April of 1980. I have about fifteen people living here. I have used Hi-Tech Air Conditioning, Inc for many years for my furnaces. They installed my furnaces, and I have had them come out to maintain and service them and do whatever repairs have been necessary. They have always kept everything working just fine. They have always had great service up to this point, and I would have always called them for my home or for parts or for whatever.

Most recently, however, my furnace quit working, and they came out and gave me an estimate for repairs. They said they needed a part, and it would be a couple of days before the part would be in. There is no way that I could wait a couple of days in the middle of freezing, rainy winter weather to have the heat fixed in a home of fifteen medically disable people. I had to bring another contractor in to get fixed up and he instantly took care of it. Then, Hi-Tech sent me a bill for $100 just for having an estimate done. I was so disappointed with that.

Overall, it has been a great experience with Hi-Tech Air Conditioning, Inc. I have always liked them, and I will probably still use them. I will just never wait a couple of days to have my furnace up in running in this house. If it was the washing machine, okay. If it was the vacuum, or something like that, okay. Waiting a couple of days to have the furnace repaired during the winter is not okay.
