The technician from Hi-Tech Air Conditioning was very helpful. His name was John and he spotted the problem pretty quickly and explained what had happened. I'm a bit embarrassed because all he actually had to do was plug the unit back in because vibration had caused the plug to fall out. Somehow I didn't notice that myself. The price was a bit much considering it didn't really require much work, but I should have done my due diligence I guess. In a way, I'm just glad the unit works and functions well, so it's kind of a catch-22. I felt very comfortable with him and I think I've actually had him out before too. We've used them in the past and would use them again. They're prompt, on time, professional, friendly. Everything you'd want.
