I changed my maintenance company to Hi-Tech Air Conditioning, Inc because I had had trouble getting maintenance men to come out to my location to continue up on yearly checkups/maintenance on my water cooler. Hi-Tech Air Conditioning, Inc has come out now about 4 times for maintenance which has all gone well, and once for a repair. My experience with the repairman was a little strange. I called because my water cooler was making awful noises. He was there for about 20 minutes and fixed the small screw that was missing but I was charged $200+. Then a new fellow named Chris came out and he was the best of them all. He was honest, friendly, helpful, and pleasant to work with. He even checked on my heat, taught me how to change the filters, and gave me advice. They have been easy to schedule with, I am very happy with my contract with them, and if it had not been for Chris I might have looked elsewhere.
