Outstanding Customer Service
I don't usually spend even a second to fill out surveys, let alone spend the time to write reviews unless the business has done exceptionally well or has failed to meet my high level of expectations in a very serious way. In the case of your company, I'm dedicating a few minutes of my time to recognize your employees for their outstanding contributions to your company in gaining my trust and loyalty. Kary, your customer service representative, has exceeded my expectations of what a true customer service representative should be. Kary was very professional, competent, honest, courteous, patient, and easy to talk to, welcoming, non-judgmental, knowledgeable, and helpful. Bottom line, she was able to able to gain my trust and confidence in your company by alleviating my major concerns through honest and direct conversation. I truly appreciate Kary for going the extra mile to answer hard questions. When she didn't know the answers, she took the time to get the answers and got back with me in a timely manner unlike the other customer service representatives from other businesses, which just referred me to their technicians to answer my question. I have a knack of discerning dishonest and incompetent businesses. Let's just say I'm more than your average all around handyman. As to John, your field technician, I really enjoyed working with him. Much like Kary, John is very professional, knowledgeable, competent, courteous, honest, easy to talk to, direct with customer relation skills. What I really appreciate the most about John is his ability to put my concerns (e.g. dishonesty and incompetence) at ease. He didn't try to up-sell me anything or recommend unnecessary repairs. He actually made meaningful and honest recommendations and advice on issues concerning the repairs on my HVAC system. Let's just say I already know the problem even before he uttered his diagnosis. For me the most important for any business I deal with, is the quality of its people and the product they deliver, service or otherwise. This is the only way such a business can earn the trust and loyalty of a valued customer. Well, at least for me, this is the only way I would even consider to do business with a company. Anyhow, I can truly say that my experience with your company has been exceedingly great. Consider me as a loyal customer!!! Please if you guys could, give Kary (Customer Service Rep) and John (Field Technician) a pat in back to recognize them for their contributions, I would appreciate it tremendously. I really believe employees like them should be recognized and valued. Lastly, your company's pricing is very reasonable. The diagnostic fee is a little bit on the high side, but I personally don't mind paying a little bit more for unbeatable quality and service. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied so far. The funny thing is that the work has not even started yet and your team was able to gain my trust and confidence. Hope my gratitude reach the owner or owners. It's very important! Thank you.
