The new furnace was not working (after being off all summer) and two men were sent over right away on the same day as my phone call. Both men were very pleasant and highly professional. It turned out that there was some air in the line and because of this the furnace was not drawing oil. It was fixed right away.
I'm very happy with all the work done by this company and I think the employees they choose are excellent! I am waiting for the company to get back to me about a minor thing-- how I can clean some soot from the basement floor that was left on a previous visit (not this visit) because I'm not sure what substance to use-- but to me that's small and all-in-all the workers and service provided are outstanding!
