Tech's arrived as scheduled and were responsive to any of my office staff that inquired on what they were doing.
The office staff is responsive when we call about our system having an emergency need, condensation issue, which triggers an alarm and shuts the HVAC off causing a temperature flux for our IT Server room and schedules a Tech to come out right away. The Tech(s) arrive as scheduled and cause minimal interference while working in the ceiling to avoid any H&S issues and afterwards, fully explain what the resolve is.
