It was my first time working with The Super Plumber and although the work itself was completed well there were some hiccups along the way. We were looking to get a new water tank with a good warranty on it because ours was very old. They gave us a very reasonable price so we set up a time and date to get the new tank installed. When they came to do the installation they told me that I also recommended that I replace the water pipe because it was also very old. So instead of a 3-hour job, it became a 3-day job which I wasn't really prepared for. However, Owen was great throughout the whole process and even stayed extra late on the 2nd day to make sure we had the water working the next day.
