Got Us Out of the Fix We Were In!

This is the company to come to for work on your Rinnai tankless water heater, and Mike is the man to have on the job! We have been having trouble with getting hot water consistently in each of our taps since 8/16. We had another company come out and work on it, but after 4 months with no remediation, I called Rennai and asked who they would recommend to help. After a thorough and professional job of troubleshooting, our hot water is fixed after only 2 visits. AMAZING! Mike is the Rinnai specialist, and Bradley Mechanical is the only recommended service provider in the Richmond area. They will be our "go- to" guys from now on!
